Pangaea Expeditions was founded in 2001 with the goal to educate and inspire people to discover the world through vehicle-based overland and adventure travel. From being one of the first importers of roof top tents into the United States to leading expeditions all across the world including southern Africa, Belize and Guatemala and more.
ABOUT NATHAN
Pangaea Expeditions was founded and is run by Nathan Hindman. As an award-winning commercial photographer and adventurer, his assignments have taken him to more than 50 countries and six continents around the world. From safari lodges of southern Africa to the Czar’s palaces of Russia, including photographing polar bears and humpback whales in the remote islands of Svalbard with National Geographic. His work has been featured in countless national and international publications including Robb Report, The Wall Street Journal, Travel + Leisure, Forbes and many others.
Nathan gone through extensive training with the Royal Geographic Society and Land Rover at the fabled Eastnor Castle in England. Nathan is a member of the only American driving team to win the prestigious Outback Challenge, alongside teammate Scott Brady. He as recently a member of the Mundo Perdido Expedition which completed the remote Camp Six Road trail in Belize and travelled deep into the remote Petén region of Guatemala.
